Stocked SKUs carry a 30-day return window from the date your shipment is delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your Tufan order number to qualify for a full refund or credit.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale because they are produced for you alone. We share dye lots, dimensions, and material samples before production so you can sign off with confidence.

Damage in transit? File a claim with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement or issue a credit — no back-and-forth, no restocking fees.
